I am Jaap Pijpelink, the entrepreneur behind Jaap Pijpelink Solutions. After more than thirty years in the medtech industry, I have built a broad background in commercial, service-oriented, and data-driven roles. In positions such as product manager, business manager, lifecycle solutions manager, and data & insight manager, I have seen firsthand how customer installations, service processes, product lifecycles, and data-driven decision-making work. That experience forms the basis of how I help organizations today.

What drives me is clarity. I want to understand what is happening, why it is happening, and how it can be done smarter. In previous roles, I developed upgrade programs, provided insight into upgrade potential, built service programs, and analyzed process data to identify opportunities for improvement. I have also worked on automating routine activities and developing dashboards that make data understandable and usable for decision-making. Always with the same goal: creating insights that you can act on tomorrow.

It is from this background that the mission of Jaap Pijpelink Solutions was born: helping organizations transform their data, processes, and service activities into clear direction and working solutions. I make complex information understandable, translate insights into concrete steps, and guide implementation so that improvements truly take root in daily practice. AI plays a supporting role in this—it accelerates analyses and makes patterns visible—but the core always remains human interpretation, practical experience, and a down-to-earth perspective. The point is that organizations do not just keep analyzing, but know exactly what they need to do and can execute it with confidence.

My vision is that true progress arises when insight, direction, and execution come together. Insight makes what is important visible. Direction provides focus and priority. Execution ensures results. And monitoring and optimization ensure lasting improvement. AI can accelerate and enrich this process, but value only emerges when insights are translated into practical steps that work in daily practice.
